Best Diaper Rash Creams in Bags Or Purse?

I had a meticulously organized diaper bag whenever we left the house. I packed everything we’d need in case we ended up stranded in Alaska or Florida for 2 days… and then some! Eventually I learned to just keep a diaper bag or small tote in my car with extra outfits, diapers, wipes and all the necessities. That way it’s always with us in emergencies and I don’t have to lug it in and out of the car.

Best Diaper Rash Creams

This is my first and I have gotten wit a few comments about being brave enough to go out in public with such a small bag.  I’ve learned to keep an extra bag of diapers, best diaper rash creams and baby wipes plus extra clothes for the older kids in the car. It keeps my diaper bag from getting crazily over stuffed and I ditch the purse and stick my wallet in my diaper bag.

I have a purse that goes in places with me and the bigger bag in the car. I swear if I only leave the house with the purse I need all the things in the big bag. But if it is at least in walking distance I usually just need wipes and diapers.

But seriously. How else can anyone grocery shop unless baby is in a carrier and they gave a small bag?? The car seat and diaper bag take up the whole cart!

When I do a quick trip run to a store I throw a diaper, wipes, my wallet and lotion into a small Vera Bradley cross body bag so I don’t have to carry my back pack diaper bag. 1 kid, and I try to make it as light and easy as possible. Unless it’s an all day trip, we skip the spare clothes & crazy amount of diapers.
